I’d like to announce the publication of my new critical biography of
Irish silent-era filmmaker, Rex Ingram.
Rex Ingram, Visionary Director of the Silent Screen is published by
University Press of Kentucky:

We will be launching it on Tuesday 9th December at the Irish Film
Institute with a screening of Ingram’s 1926 World War One film, Mare
Nostrum. This will be accompanied with a new score by Dublin-based
silent film specialists, 3epkano. The event is supported by Trinity
College’s Visual and Performing Arts Fund.
