Nottingham Trent University has a vacancy for a Lecturer in Communications, Cultural and Media Studies (23 month fixed-term contract). Applications are sought from candidates with research and teaching interests within any field of Communications, Cultural and Media Studies.

Candidates with developed research plans and a publication profile are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants should have a strong research background with evidence of the ability to publish in top international journals and should have the aptitude to teach to the highest standards at both undergraduate and master''s levels. Our current research groupings include: Inequality, Culture and Difference; Cultures of the Everyday; Strategies in Communication; Theory, Politics and Culture; and Globalization, Diaspora and Migration.
