Universiteit Brussel) announces the publication of 'Under Construction.
Culture in a Network Society' (edited by Joke Bauwens and Gert Nulens).
This publication is the first issue of a 'SMIT cahiers'-series and deals 
with the changing role of culture and arts in the network society. It 
addresses the contexts and consequences of the digital transformation of 
cultural reception, production and mediation. The articles contribute to 
the broader discussion on the meaning of art, heritage and cultural 
artefacts in online and mobile mediascapes.
