The Carsey Wolf Center's Media Industries Project, in collaboration
with Rupe Chair in the Social Effects of Mass Communication, is proud
to announce Net Worth: Media Distribution in the Digital Era. This one
day conference brings together industry professionals, including
representatives from from Warner Bros., Disney, and Microsoft, and
media scholars from across the country for a discussion of the diverse
aspects of the digital distribution revolution, including new
technologies, creative labor, media strategy, and corporate structure.

Limited travel support is available to graduate students and faculty
who would like to attend. We have four stipends of $500 available. To
apply, please send a copy of your CV along with a statement describing
your interest in the event and how it relates to your scholarship.
