public relations scholar for the honorary=
position of Regional Editorial Advisor (Europe). The successful applicant=
will join advisors from Australia, New Zealand, and North America
(see http://www.prismjournal.org/ed_board.html) in providing a
collegial internatio=
nal senior editorial advisory team for the journal. The regional advisors:=
promote awareness of PRism journal in their region (such as through confer=
ence attendance, forwarding CFPs to relevant colleagues and lists, and iden=
tifying regional communication organisation websites that may gain value in=
linking to PRism); work as a team to judge the annual PRism Prize for spec=
ial issue editorship; perform refereeing at a senior level (such as when ad=
judication is required); and support the editor with advice from time to ti=
me as requested. The job is not particularly time-consuming but does requi=
re a solid level of research expertise and enthusiasm for the aims of open-=
access publishing in general and plural paradigms of public relations schol=
