[ecrea] Relief teaching opportunity at Kingston: Media, Public Policy and International Politics

Wed Dec 16 20:38:21 GMT 2009

The Politics department at Kingston University (London) are urgently looking for relief teaching for next semester (ie from February to April) on a masters' module in Media, Public Policy and International Politics. The successful candidate will ideally have just completed a PhD or be close to completion. The first part of the module requires you to be familar with the main theoretical approaches to the interface between media, advocacy/campaigners and policy elites (ie agenda setting, multiple streams, advocacy coalitions/networks and discursive policymaking). The second part of the module is in the form of a series of case studies that seek to apply these. Although the notice is short, we would like to interview candidates next week if possible. If you are interested, please contact <mailto:(A.Howarth /at/ kingston.ac.uk)>(A.Howarth /at/ kingston.ac.uk)
