Three apprenticeships at the European News Agency in Berlin
The European News Agency for Higher Education
(<http://www.esna.tv/>ESNA) in Berlin is offering three traineeships
in the categories of Journalism, Public Relations and Translation.
The agency, which was founded in 2008, offers young, multilingual
communication talents the opportunity to gain professional
experience in an editorial office situated at the centre of an
international network of experts and correspondents.
Journalism, Communication or Social Sciences and Languages
All students/alumni with a bachelor or master degree in Journalism,
Communication or Social Sciences and Languages will be considered
for an internship or a voluntary training opportunity in Berlin.
This unpaid traineeship with a duration of three to six months can
be financed in the context of EU programmes such as Erasmus or
Leonardo da Vinci, and will be recognized with regard to the ECTS.
The conditions for acceptance include excellent command of the
German or English languages, and a feeling for journalism. Fluent
knowledge of French is also a major advantage. The (ex-)student will
be able to develop skills in the areas of multilingual research
work, communication, journalistic reporting and translation,
depending on the traineeship's centre of gravity, and will also be
prepared for a future job with the media, with international
organisations or in European politics.
