The successful candidates for the Fellow positions will be
innovative, resourceful researchers with experience of participatory
and action-oriented modes of research and engagement, a strong

participatory communication and citizens' media, complexity,
learning and capacity development, reflective practice,
international aid, crime and violence, and the impact of the
financial crisis. The successful candidate will be expected to

experience may be taken as a substitute). They should have an
excellent research and publication record with experience and
interest in bridging research with practice and policy. A
demonstrated capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team and with
partners from a wide range of countries will also be valued, as will
language abilities beyond English. A high value will be placed on
candidate's interpersonal and cross-cultural skills and their
capacity to apply these in diverse participatory processes.
Applications from those with a strong background in postgraduate
teaching and convening will be particularly welcome.
