[Commlist] New edition of JOMEC Journal published

We are delighted to announce the publication of the latest edition of
the JOMEC Journal, complete with a fresh new visual design.
This open issue contains a wide range of publications including: * the
role ignorance and speculation plays in the coverage of airplane disasters
* an analysis of Czech news coverage of the 2018 Salisbury poisonings
* the ideal embodiment of the posthuman female in science fiction and
media * the construction of modernity in Malaysian society * hashtag
activism and Thailand's post-colonial pendulum.
It also includes a selection of reviews of books authored and edited by
JOMEC academics.
The edition is free to download from Cardiff University Press, and can
