[ecrea] 1-Year Visiting Assistant Professor Position in Communication

*VISITING ONE-YEAR POSITION IN COMMUNICATION *

*AT VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY*

The Department of Communication at Villanova University seeks applicants 
for a one-year, visiting position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to 
begin fall 2018 and end spring 2019. This position is not renewable.

Basic requirements: Ph.D. in Communication preferred, ABD considered. 
Candidates must have college-level teaching experience and demonstrated 
expertise in teaching research methods (especially qualitative), public 
speaking, and intro-level communication theory and/or an area of 
specialization such as interpersonal communication. The position will 
require teaching undergraduate courses on a 4-4 teaching load. 
Opportunities may be available to teach other courses in the candidate’s 
area of expertise.
