White Rose College of the Arts and Humanities (WRoCAH) - PhD study in
the Department of Theatre, Film and Television, University of York
The Department of Theatre, Film and Television at the University of York
is pleased to invite applications for PhD scholarships, through its
involvement in WRoCAH. The White Rose College of the Arts and Humanities
(WRoCAH) is a Doctoral Training Partnership of the Universities of
Leeds, Sheffield and York. It is responsible for the distribution of
AHRC-funded doctoral studentships for these universities and for the
coordination of a doctoral training programme.
We welcome applications related to any of our research specialisms (for
information about research in the department please see

Applicants for an AHRC studentship must already have applied for a PhD
programme at one of Leeds, Sheffield or York.
