[Commlist] IConCMT 2024: Call for papers

Call for Contributions: 6th International Conference on 
Creative\Media/Technologies


The 6th International Conference on Creative\Media/Technologies 
(IConCMT) will take place at the St. Pölten University of Applied 
Sciences (UAS) from 27th to 28th of November 2024 offering exchange in 
multiple research areas within the field of media & digital technologies.


To foster the exchange between various disciplines in the huge field of 
digital media, the IConCMT intentionally puts its focus on a wide range 
of content and on interdisciplinary dialogues at the intersection of new 
technological possibilities, creative design as well as economic, social 
and cultural framework requirements. We invite submissions which address 
one of the topics of the conference.


This year's conference special emphasis:

  * Exploring AI, XR, VR, and AR: Dive into the latest advancements and
    applications across diverse sectors, from industry to healthcare to
    the arts.
  * User Experience in Arts & Culture: empirical studies on how
    technologies change the visitor experience in museums, gardens,
    cultural heritage, cultural tourism and festival
  * Storytelling and Crisis Communication: Analyze narrative techniques
    and communication strategies in response to critical global
    challenges, such as war, climate change, and threats to democracy.
  * Advancements in HCI: Explore interfaces and interactions between
    humans and computers, from language learning models to voice
    assistance technologies.
  * Innovations in Sonification and Interactive Audio: Experience the
    transformative power of sound in data visualization and interactive
    experiences.
  * Public Health and Digitalization: Postdigital health practices, from
    telemedicine to tracking apps.

Conference fee early bird: 100.- Students 50.-

Conference fee after 15th of September: 150.- Students 75.-

(lunch and one conference dinner included).
