XII Summer Journalism School on 'Media in Crisis: Problems and Solutions' of the Faculty of Journalism at St. Petersburg State University (25 June - 1 July 2009)


Mass Media Center of the Faculty of Journalism at St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russia) is organizing XII Summer Journalism course for Journalism, Public Relations and other Mass Communications professionals in 2009.

Executives and professionals in Media, PR and Advertising, Journalists, Researchers, Educators, Graduate students, and others studying PR, Advertising, Journalism and Mass Communication are invited to participate in the Faculty's XII Annual Summer Journalism School entitled â??Media in Crisis: Problems and Solutionsâ??. Scheduled for 25 June â?? 1 July 2009, the program will include lectures, training seminars, site visits and round table discussions on issues related to journalism, public relations and advertising.

The program will be conducted in Russian language.

The program fee for Russians and foreigners is RUB 47,000. This fee includes training, University hotel housing, lunches, an information kit, a group photograph, site visits, a cultural sightseeing program and a university certificate (visa support for foreigners is not included). The fee for Russians and foreigners without University hotel housing is RUB 42,000. Discounts for groups and students are also possible. Interested participants have until 15 June 2009 to register.
