Dear,

I am Rudy Edirisinghe from the online youth forum for sustainable
development; Mandate the Future. As part of our WSIS campaign we have
launched an online conference on  WSIS and Information Society related
issues. We would love to have your participation at the conference. We would
also greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions on any changes or
additions, that you deem neccesary, to be made to the conference format.
