[Commlist] housekeeping - Yahoo no longer allowed

dear subscribers,

Yahoo is now blocking regular commlist postings. To protect the 
commlist, Yahoo addresses can no longer be used to subscribe to the 
commlist.

Please use other email addresses.

Ps: for similar reasons, also outlook, live and hotmail are not allowed 
either.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
