volume titled:

This volume explores violence against women in Asia through critical 
feminist frameworks, foregrounding intersectional, decolonial, and 
transnational feminist perspectives. It critically examines how media, 
digital technologies, and policy interventions reinforce or challenge 
gendered violence across diverse social, cultural, and political contexts.

Sana Ali invites submissions on topics including, but not limited to:

    Media and Cultural Representations – How media reinforces or
    contests patriarchal norms and gendered narratives

    Digital and Emerging Forms of Violence – Cyberharassment,
    algorithmic bias, and structural inequities online
  *
    Legal, Social, and Policy Dimensions – Feminist critiques of
    governance, laws, and policy interventions
  *
    Intersectionality, Vulnerability, and Marginalized Voices –
    Experiences across class, ethnicity, sexuality, religion, and ability

*Regional Scope:* South Asia | Southeast Asia | East Asia | Central Asia 
| Western Asia / Middle East

*Submission Guidelines:*

    *Abstracts:* 500–800 words, including theoretical framework,
    critical focus, and relevance to feminist debates
  *
    *Deadline for abstract submission:* 15 February 2026
  *
    *Notification of acceptance:* 15 March 2026
  *
    *Chapter Length:* 7000–7500 words (including references)
  *

Sana Ali welcomes early-career researchers, practitioners, and scholars 
from diverse backgrounds. Authors will be invited to contribute chapters 
that advance feminist knowledge and provide transformative insights on 
gendered violence in Asian contexts.
