*_
Persuasive Technology is an interdisciplinary field that
investigates how interactive systems can influence human attitudes
and behaviors through persuasion and social influence—without
coercion. Since its inception in 2006, the conference has served as
a global forum for researchers, practitioners, and designers
interested in behavior change, digital intervention, and
human-centered technologies.
In 2026, the conference will be held in the scenic city of Hakodate,
renowned for its blend of history, nature, and innovation. The
venue, Future University Hakodate, offers a creative atmosphere that
supports interdisciplinary dialogue and collaborative thinking.
This year, Persuasive2026 will be co-located with the 8th
