Aims & Scope:
Interactions: Studies in Communication & Culture(ISCC) recognizes the
interdisciplinary nature of the fields of media, communication and
cultural studies. We therefore encourage diverse themes, subjects,
contexts and approaches: empirical, theoretical and historical. Our
objective is to engage readers and contributors from different parts of
the world in a critical debate on the myriad interconnections and
interactions between communication, culture and society at the outset of
the twenty-first century.
Interactionsis a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that aims to
encourage the development of the widest possible scholarly community,
both in terms of geographical location and intellectual scope in the
fields of media, communication and cultural studies. We publish leading
articles from both established scholars and those at the beginning of
their academic careers.

published twice a year.
Editor:
We are open to expressions of interest from dedicated individuals or
co-operative teams. We are looking to put together a team of at least
three co-editors to revitalise this popular journal. This will be an
initial three-year contract, with the possibility for the current editor
to rejoin the team in a supporting role, and for the contract to be
renewed. We are also open to applications for Reviews Editors and
Editorial Assistants.
The role:
Editors are key to driving the vision and scope of the Journal. We are
