This report draws on original and in-depth insights from interviews with 
independent film distributors in Spain, Romania, Norway and the Netherlands.
How do films become available and visible on streaming services? Why do 
some films have greater exposure on streaming services than others? And 
what sorts of arrangements between distributors and streamers have 
developed to circulate films online?

It makes a contribution to the following research subjects:
