Dates: 10 – 12 June, 2025
Place: Prague (+ virtual)
Abstract deadline: 25 March, 2025

ART, DESIGN & MEDIA STRAND
https://amps-research.com/prague-art-design/
The Art, Design & Media strand of the PRAGUE Research & Teaching
Conference is open to all disciplines. It is interested in questions of
art and design as both a subject of academic research and as a site for
experiments in teaching practice.
It is interested in examinations of best practice teaching for student
success in the creative industries, case studies of experimental
pedagogies and presentations of creative collaborations inside and
outside the academy. It welcomes critiques of funding for arts
education, the first-hand documentation of innovative support systems
for art, design and media students, and seeks to share knowledge on
issues of both teaching and research theory and practice.
TECHNOLOGIES & SCIENCE STRAND
https://amps-research.com/prague-science-technology/
The Science & Technology strand of the PRAGUE Research & Teaching
Conference is keen to a range of issues related to teaching and research
related to technologies: contemporary teaching exploiting the benefits
of AI, the first-hand documentation of technology in the classroom and
in the home and the teaching methods for disciplines related to
technologies and sciences in various forms.
The Call sees these questions as central to the future of academic
research and teaching across several disciplinary areas but also wishes
to explore how academia in these disciplines relates to the ‘outside
world’, whether that be communities, industry or professional
organizations. FULL CALL:
