[Commlist] emmaHub 2024 - Media Management and Migration

II. European Media Management  Association  **emmaHub 2024** workshops 
hosted by Macromedia University in Berlin  **November 13-15, 2024**.

This year’s theme is "**Media Management and Migration: Challenges of 
Media Making by and for Diasporic Communities**," an underdeveloped yet 
crucial research area in media management.

emmaHub 2024 will feature **keynotes, workshops, and panels** that focus 
on media's role in diasporic experiences, with contributions from 
academics, practitioners, and policymakers. It will explore media 
entrepreneurship, audience consumption, and the political frameworks 
shaping migration in Europe.

patterns, and policy conditions**.
- Networking opportunities with academics, media practitioners, and
