[Commlist] Vacancy: Lecturer in Race and Culture in Film and Media (Teaching and Research) in Media Arts at Royal Holloway

The Media Arts department at Royal Holloway is recruiting a Lecturer 
(Teaching and Research) in Race and Culture in Film and Media.

This is a brand new role. We are looking for an inspiring lecturer to 
contribute to new and existing modules across our undergraduate 
programmes which include BA Film Studies, BA Film Television and Digital 
Production, BA Digital Media Culture and Technology and BA Video Games 
Art and Design. There will also be opportunities to contribute to our 
postgraduate programmes and undertake doctoral supervision.

The person we're looking for will have disciplinary expertise and an 
active research agenda in one or more of the following areas: critical 
race studies; postcolonial studies; decolonising methodologies; 
theoretical and critical perspectives on film, television or digital 
cultures; media histories and historiography.
