[Commlist] postdoc at UNamur (discourse analysis, content analysis, political communication)

*Call for a postdoctoral position in social and political science with a 
focus on media studies, University of Namur (Belgium), application 
deadline: June 9, 2023*

The Research Institute /Transitions /(UNamur, Belgium) is pleased to 
announce a vacancy for one postdoctoral researcher (f/m) in social and 
political science on the CITIZEN IMPACT project. The whole project 
analyses whether, how and why citizens’ assemblies (CAs) transform the 
functioning of the contemporary political systems. The postdoctoral 
researcher will be specifically in charge of comparing how CAs shape 
public discourses on democratic renewals across different European 
political systems. Demonstrating an experience in political 
communication, discourse analysis and content analysis will an asset.

CITIZEN IMPACT is funded by a European Research Council (ERC) starting 
grants and coordinated by Vincent Jacquet (F.R.S.-FNRS and UNamur).
