To close our acclaimed exhibition ‘Scandal ’63 Revisited: Reframing the Profumo Affair via Art and Artefact’ (chosen as ‘Exhibition of the Week’ by the/Guardian/), you are warmly invited to attend an in-person, inter-disciplinary symposium on Friday 14^th April 2023 at De Montfort University, Leicester. The event includes a visit to the exhibition, talks from artists, creative writers, film academics and cultural historians, and a Q&A with Christine Keeler’s son, Seymour Platt. The symposium and exhibition are curated by artist Fionn Wilson and historian of visual culture, Professor Steve Chibnall.
