Aims and Scope


Studies in Spanish & Latin American Cinemasis devoted to the study of Spanish-language and Latin American cinemas. Coverage includes the cinemas of Spain, and Spanish-speaking South, Central and North America, including the Caribbean, as well as Brazil. The journal is written in English and Spanish to maximize the opportunities for contact between different cultural regions and among academic disciplines such as media, film studies, Latin American and postcolonial studies, thereby encouraging contributions with an intercultural and interdisciplinary focus.
