[Commlist] Cultural History of Monsters Seeks Contributors on the Long Eighteenth Century

The Bloomsbury Cultural History of Monsters series is seeking two 
contributors for the volume on monsters in the *long eighteenth 
century.* The editor of this volume, Dr. Persephone Braham, is seeking 
scholars who can address: (1) scholarship on natural philosophy, 
ethnography, and race, with a focus on Oceania, Africa, or South Asia 
and (2) eighteenth-century representations of monsters and the monstrous 
in the visual and performing arts, focus on Middle East, South Asia, or
