[Commlist] 24h Worldwide Design Conversations 2nd Ed. 2021 | No designer is an island: logbook for sailing the future

We would like to invite you to join us for the 2nd Edition of the *24H 
Worldwide Design Conversation* on Wednesday the 23rd and Thursday the 
24th of June 2021: the continuous 24-hour live broadcast dedicated to 
the culture of the project, oriented towards reflection on design 
practice changes, organized by Polimi Design System (Politecnico di Milano).

This year we’d like to give voice to the new generation of designers and 
researchers that can and must play a leading role in the current 
transformation.

This online marathon is a free event, and the central theme is:

*Design in an era of uncertainty*
The role, the conditions, and future expectancies of young designers and 
researchers.

Through 30 minutes sessions, 48 guests will develop their talks around 
the concept of "Design in an era of uncertainty", highlighting the role, 
conditions, and future expectancies of young designers and researchers.
The result will be a logbook of short statements, a collection of 
suggestions for a new Design era, annotated and discussed during a 
24-hour journey worldwide, sailing in the 'sea of Design.'
