We are now looking for an inspiring Academic Fellow in Digital Media who
has a strong professional profile and recent experience in digital media
production and teaching to join the teaching team for the next academic
session.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver and contribute to
the design of modules on the joint BA (Hons) in Digital Media Art at
LAFA and our Digital Media programme area at Salford more generally;
periods of up to three months in China will be required twice a year.
We are looking for applicants with a specialism in one or more areas of
digital media art production, data visualisation, interface design, web
design, contemporary digital arts practices, digital post production,
animation or games design and production.
You will have experience of working in the industry on a variety of
digital media forms (such as web, games, animation, UX, interface
design, mobile apps, VR) and be well-versed in the use of Adobe CS or
Adobe CC along with other computer software and hardware. Further

You will be joining our team of experienced academics and industry
professionals in delivering a fresh and stimulating learning experience
to the digital media specialists of tomorrow.

be creative, energetic and efficient to inspire innovative output on our
