[ecrea] TECHNE Doctoral Studentships @ Media Arts, Royal Holloway

The Department of Media Arts, Royal Holloway, University of London, is 
recruiting suitably qualified candidates to apply for PhD studentships.

Successful candidates will be entered in February 2017 to the TECHNE 
consortium for AHRC funding. We may also be able to offer guaranteed 
funding from faculty and department sources, especially to candidates 
not eligible for full AHRC awards.

We may also enter appropriate proposals for joint supervision within the 
Department of Modern Languages to the Royal Holloway/Leverhulme Magna 
Carta scheme.
In the first instance interested applicants should approach Prof. Chris 
Townsend, Director of Graduate Studies by 5 January 2017, to discuss

The department also welcomes more generally applications from suitably 
qualified candidates within the field of film and television studies.
