Applications are invited for this new post designed to contribute to the continuing development of UEA’s research and teaching excellence in Media and Cultural Politics.

The School of Politics, Philosophy, Language and Communication Studies wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Media and Cultural Politics, with research interests in but not restricted to identity, popular culture and/or political communication. The successful candidate will be expected to play a full role in the School, including producing high quality research outputs and impact, grant capture, advising students, and undertaking enterprise and engagement work. Teaching duties will involve contributing to the existing politics courses, developing new modules, supervising undergraduate and masters dissertations and PhD students.

The post is available on a full-time, indefinite basis from 1 September 2016.
