and teaching of new classes in visualization as well as broader programmatic
development. The candidate is also expected to continue their research and/or creative activities within Visualization. Areas of interest within Visualization include scientific or data visualization, new visualization technologies or approaches, and

The position is a 1.0 FTE, 9-month appointment. Salary and benefits are

age of changing digital technologies.

The School of Arts and Communication includes programs in Art, Music, New Media Communications, Speech Communication, and Theatre. SAC is one of six schools in OSUs College of Liberal Arts. Founded in 1868, Oregon State is the states Land Grant university and is one of only two universities in the U.S. to have Sea Grant, Space Grant and Sun Grant designations.
