We are excited to announce that UWE Bristol (The Faculty of Arts,
Creative Industries and Education) is recruiting a Watershed Professor
of City Futures, to investigate the relationships between Bristol’s
citizens, its public spaces, and the creative/playful interventions by
which the city has become internationally known.

Embedded in Watershed and UWE's City Campus, the Professor will work
with partners and projects across the city, reflecting, questioning and
championing the practices and impacts of creative technology in the city
region and beyond.

The Watershed Professor of City Futures will be based at the Digital
Cultures Research Centre <http://www.dcrc.org.uk> in the Pervasive Media
Studio

will engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue across the University.

The postholder will work closely with the Watershed’s public programme
and research strands, including its globally leading Playable City

We are hoping for a globally connected, critically engaged, curious and
