[ecrea] new book – journalism in change: professional journalistic cultures in poland, russia and sweden

Thu Aug 13 07:20:46 GMT 2015

We have great pleasure in drawing your attention to the publication of
new book on journalism culture in comparative perspective. The
collection “Journalism in Change: Professional Journalistic Cultures in
Poland, Russia and Sweden” – edited by Gunnar Nygren and Boguslawa
Dobek-Ostrowska (Peter Lang Publishing, 2015) – presents the results
from empirical studies (2011-2014) with a reference to survey addressed
to 1500 journalists as well as in-depth interviews conducted with
journalists in each country. The book is the third publication published
in “Studies in Communication and Politics” – Peter Lang’s series
dedicated to changing approaches to democracy, communication, political
participation and media:

series.

Yours sincerely,

Boguslawa Dobek-Ostrowska and Michal Glowacki
