[ecrea] Cultural studies jobs at UQ

Just alerting members of the CSAA to a couple of jobs in cultural
studies at UQ. These are both research-only in the first instance,
devolving into continuing positions after five years. There is a new
research institute at UQ which absorbs and replaces the Centre for
Critical and Cultural Studies, and these jobs are intended to lead the
task of rebuilding UQ’s capacity in cultural studies.
