We are glad to announce the opening of UPEC Summer School 2015, June 
29th-July 10th, in Paris.


IMPAC course - International Media, Political Action & Communication 
Technologies, aims at giving to its students a critical perspective on 
how the internationalization of communication, the sharp increase and 
speeding up of the production of information, and the unprecedented 
development of digital media, play a role in the way political action, 
citizens mobilizations and public debates are now be framed.


During their stay at our University the student (Master 2, PhD) can take 
both courses that enable to get some credits and courses of French 
language, along with the possibility to visit the most beautiful and 
famous places of interest in France.

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer l’ouverture du programme UPEC 
Summer School 2015 qui se déroulera du 29 juin au 10 juillet.


Le cours IMPACT – Medias internationaux, mobilisation citoyenne et 
technologies de la communication) vise à fournir aux étudiants une 
approche critique de la manière dont l’internationalisation des médias, 
la surabondance informationnelle et l’accélération des temporalités 
médiatiques, particulièrement liés au développement des technologies de 
la communication numérique, jouent un rôle à la fois dans la conduite de 
l’action politique et dans l’émergence de mobilisations citoyennes.


Les participants (étudiants en Master 2 ou doctorants) suivront ce cours 
le matin, se verront proposer une initiation au français langue 
étrangère et les après-midi seront réservées aux activités culturelles 
et sportives. Une opportunité d’obtenir des crédits ECTS et de 
s’immerger dans la culture française, à 20 minutes du centre de Paris !
