Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies Symposium:
Mediating Belonging – Re-thinking Social Theory Today
26–27 March 2015


The symposium “Mediating Belonging, Re-thinking Social Theory Today”
aims at developing new theoretical frameworks and tools that capture
contemporary aspects of various modes of belonging and invites
scholars from different fields of social sciences (sociology,
philosophy, anthropology, media studies, political science, cultural
studies, gender studies, etc.) to debate the relevancy of these new
epistemologies for understanding the current architecture of sociality.

Registration for this event is required but free of charge. Please
register online. The deadline to register is 20 March 2015.
