Human Technology: An Interdisciplinary Journal on Humans in ICT Environments

Human Technology is an interdisciplinary, multiscientific journal 
focusing on the interface between humans and technology in the modern 
world. The peer-reviewed, online journal provides a forum for innovative 
and original research relevant to the human dimension of evolving 
technologies. In addressing both everyday and work contexts, the 
journal’s editors are interested in, for example, the social, cognitive, 
psychological, educational, communicative, and cultural facets of 
human-centered technology. The Editor-in-Chief of the journal is Pertti 
Hurme, former Vice President and Board member of ECREA.

The articles published in Human Technology can be empirical, 
theoretical, reviews, or meta-analyses. The journal also features 
thematic issues under the direction of guest editors. The journal is 
open access, thus available online with no subscription fee.
