we are happy to announce the publication of the Fall/Winter 2012 issue of
Global Media Journal - German Edition. This special issue is guest-edited by
Anne Grüne and Dirk-Claas Ulrich and collects some of the most interesting
papers of the 2011 conference of the Network of International and
Intercultural Communication (NIIC) at Erfurt University/Germany under the
topic of (De-)Westernizing Media and Journalism Studies: Demarcating,
Transcending and Subverting Borders
