[ecrea] EURISPES - New initiative Europa-Russia in "Communication Management"

EUROPA-RUSSIA FOR COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT - "EU-RU.CM.NET"





    Object: An important editorial initiative in Russia





    Dear colleagues,

    I am pleased to inform You that, after one year since the 
constitution of the specialized network in Communication Management 
between Europe and Russia  EU-RU.CM.NET, the promoter prof. E. 
Pashentsev of the Communication Managemnt Centre in Moscow, started the 
collaboration with the "Public Administration Electronic Bulletin" of 
the prestigious Russian institution, the Lomonosv State University in 
Moscow.



    This collaboration offers to the EU-RU.CM.NET", its participants 
and qualified interested people, a great opportunity for two main reasons:



    a) Communication Management is more and more recognized as a 
strategic factor to increase a peaceful cooperation among the different 
geo-political areas, both at general level, and at sectoral level as: 
public policies, business, co-development, international cooperation, 
factors of crisis, etc. An efficient, sound, proper communication 
management may help a lot to implement good relations among people as 
well as among public and private operators, in our case of Russia and 
Europe.



    b) The Electronic Buletin of the prestigious Lomonosov University 
is an highly qualified tool, spreading ideas and information on the 
subject not only in Russia, but also in Europe and USA. Therefore the 
new cooperation open the possibility to scolars, experts and operators 
to spread ideas, messages, proposals on the matter.(Web:

    Practical aspects:

    The articles should have the dimension of 3-4000 words (7-9 pages, 
word, space 12). They must be written in english. Here attached, You 
will find the Guidelins for the authors.

    The Buletin is published in periodical terms (5-6 edition a year). 
Therefore, the articles have to be prepared in due time. Prof. 
Pashentsev is ready to send precise information on this aspect.In any 
case, some articles have been already sent for the june edition; others 
will be sent for publication  for the september and october edition.



    A specific idea

    There is the possibility to organize, in the next future, also a 
specialized newsletter-magazine just on Communication Management. It 
shall be the first publication on the subject in Russia. We shall keep 
You informed about this possibility.
