[ecrea] FILM AND MEDIA 2013: The Third Annual London Film and Media Conference

Following the great success of FILM AND MEDIA 2012 in June, we are pleased to announce that 'FILM AND MEDIA 2013: The Third Annual London Film and Media Conference' will take place from Thursday 27 June to Saturday 29 June 2013 at the Institute of Education Conference Centre, University of London.

A wide range of work is encouraged which celebrates, analyses and critiques the screen-based traditions of Film, TV, and Digital Media in relation to the 2013 Conference Theme, 'The Pleasures of the Spectacle'. Proposals for 20-minute Papers and three-Paper Panels are now being accepted via the website form atwww.thelondonfilmandmediaconference.com, where full details of our events and associated publications are available, together with a downloadable Call for Papers.

FILM AND MEDIA 2013 will again form part of THE LONDON SYMPOSIUM, a unique triple-decker event organised by Academic Conferences London which also features companion conferences LONDONICITY 2013 and UNDERSTANDING BRITAIN 2013.  A single registration admits to all three events; nearly 250 Speakers and Delegates, from over 30 countries, were in attendance in 2012.
