[ecrea] call for ECREA Section Management Team G&C

*Call for Section Management Team Gender and Communication *

our term as a section management team for the Gender and Communication 
Section will end in October 2012. After six years of working together we 
think our section shows the diversity we had in mind and we can look 
back at a fruitful period of cooperation, resulting in interesting 
(co-organized) conferences, panels, two edited books and one special 
issue of a Journal. Of course, it is also time for a new team to take 
over and continue the section with new vigor. Elections for this team 
will take place in October 2012 at the ECC2012 conference in Istanbul.

Candidates can now express their interest in running for the position of 
chair or vice-chair. There are two ways one can present candidacy:
1. As a whole team, meaning: 1 chair and 2 vice-chairs.
2. As an individual, indicate the preference for vice-chair or chair

There are some criteria for candidacy:
* candidates have a completed PhD (in teams, one member may be a PhD 
candidate)
* candidates within a team come from different regions
* candidates are (or have to become) members of ECREA

Candidates can express their interest by sending an email or letter to 
the section management team. The letter expresses motivation for the 
candidacy and a short c.v. Please submit before 1 July 2012.
