into the Department of Media and Communication as we celebrated 40 years
of Media at Leicester. Research is still at the heart of the department
with four active research groups: Digital Identities, News and
Journalism, IDeoGRAMS and Cultural Production and Consumption. The
Department supports and encourages a variety of research interests and
approaches to the study of media, communications and information
