[ecrea] ICA SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS EXTENDED

Southeast Canada and Northeast US have been dramatically affected by 
hurricane Sandy.  Many universities in those areas have closed and are 
still without power and are dealing with the effects of major flooding.  
ICA is therefore extending the London conference call for papers until 
13:00 hours EST, 5 November 2012.
