research Journal is seeking submissions for upcoming Spring issue.



“communication: research” is a
refereed academic journal published by the Center for Communication Research
 Ankara University.
The Journal seeks to establish an international forum for communication
researchers within the interdisciplinary field of communication studies, to
contribute to the production of knowledge and data by publishing theoretical
analyses as well as empirical research; and to assess national and
international meetings in addition to publishing books and research report reviews. In order to attain these goals, the
journal identifies its extent as the limits marked by scientificity,
accountability, and critical thinking.
Communication: Research is published twice a year. The Journal’s
languages of publication are Turkish, English, French and German. Submissions
are sent out to anonymous referees for blind review.



In this forthcoming “Film Studies” special issue, communication:
research Journal invites submissions address, but not limited to, the following
fields of the study:


 Industry
 Theory
 History
 National
     Cinemas
 Migrant and Diasporic
     Cinema




Submissions are due March 15, 2012.


Expected publication: Volume
6(2), June 2012



We welcome research papers, conceptual papers, case studies, viewpoints,
literature reviews, general reviews besides book reviews and conference/festival
assessments. Feel free to contact assistant editors about proposal and
inquires. Contributions should be sent by e-mail (Turkish, English, French or
German, 30.000 to 50.000 characters) with an abstract, a set of key words and a
short biography of the author(s), to the following addresses:
