LECTURER/ SENIOR LECTURER IN JOURNALISM (INTERNATIONAL)
School of Media&  Communication, Leicester Centre for Journalism, De Montfort University
Full Time, Permanent
Grade F/G: £30,870 - £44,016 per annum

An enthusiastic and knowledgeable lecturer is sought to help develop our popular and successful Journalism courses at De Montfort University in Leicester. Working within the talented team at the acclaimed Leicester Centre for Journalism, you will play leading roles delivering the core Journalism curriculum across all undergraduate teaching, supervise BA and MA dissertation students and develop new material around your own specific skills, experience and expertise.
You will lead the development and delivery of a new MA in International Journalism as well as contributing to the existing journalism studies curriculum, including research methods, dissertation management and supervision.
You will need a good first degree, plus relevant professional and/or academic experience. You will have a track record of, or potential to pursue a developed research profile and make a contribution to the research activities within the school. Higher qualifications are an advantage.

Grade F/G: £30,870 - £44,016 pro rata per annum

An enthusiastic and knowledgeable lecturer is sought to help develop our popular and successful Journalism courses at De Montfort University in Leicester. Working within the talented team at the acclaimed Leicester Centre for Journalism, you will play leading roles delivering the core Journalism curriculum across all undergraduate teaching, supervise BA and MA dissertation students and develop new material around their own specific skills, experience and expertise.

You will also contribute to existing courses and develop new broadcast journalism content.
