Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus seeks a Communication doctorate 
starting in Fall 2012. Like the campus in Saint Louis, SLU-Madrid is a 
Jesuit institution dedicated to ethical learning, research, health care 
and service. We feature small classes and international student body 
positioned at the center of a vibrant European capital.
Qualifications: Earned Ph.D. in Communication, record of teaching 
excellence, evidence of potential for consistent publication. 
Expectations: 3/3 teaching load, university service, summer teaching or 
research. The ideal candidate can deliver core and upper level courses 
in small classes informed by a distinctly international sensibility. 
Courses of interest to deliver (two or more): Analysis of Pop Culture, 
Gender and Communication, New Media, Media Ethics, Critical Rhetoric, 
Methods, Organizational Comm, Persuasion, Message Design, Culture 
Technology & Communication. Moreover, there is ample opportunity to 
develop upper level courses based on interest / expertise.
