Wed Aug 17 13:47:57 GMT 2011

The bi-national research platform Ørecomm, co-hosted by Roskilde
University and Malmø University would like to announce that the deadline
for registration to the festival 'Agency in the Mediatized World -
media, communication and development in transition' is Monday 22 August.

The festival, taking place from 9-13 September, will assemble a wide
array of researchers and students as well as media and communication
practitioners for lectures, film screenings, panel discussions, a city
walk and other activities. There are almost 40 presenters from about 20
countries engaged in presenting during the course of the 5 days. The
festival is spread over venues in Malmø, Copenhagen and Roskilde - this
is all indicated in the program which can be found on:
http://orecomm.net/ .

For logistical reasons, if/when registering, please indicate clearly
which days of the festival you intend to attend.

On behalf of the organizing committee,

Thomas Tufte
