Irish Communications Review is a peer-reviewed journal of research on 
media in Ireland published by the School of Media, Dublin Institute of 
Technology. It provides a forum for research, analysis and discussion of 
all matters relating to media communications on all media platforms 
including broadcasting, film, the internet, journalism, public 
relations, advertising, media education and media technologies.

Irish Communications Review welcomes articles on all aspects of the 
media in Ireland or with relevance to Ireland from academic researchers 
and media practitioners. Articles may comprise research reports and 
analyses from diverse theoretical and methodological approaches in all 
fields as well as reviews, review essays and shorter research notes and 
commentaries.Submissions for the next issue should be submitted by 
September 30, 2011.
