The Department of Media Studies of the University of Bonn/Germany is 
holding an international conference on "Mediatized Gender: Gender 
Perspectives on Mediatized Societies" from 22^nd -25^th of September 
2011. The interdisciplinary oriented conference is part of the six-year 
DFG priority research program "Mediatized Worlds: Communication in the 
media and social change" (coordinator: Prof. Dr. Friedrich Krotz).
