The Department of History and Welsh History, Aberystwyth University, is 
seeking to appoint a Research Assistant to join a three-year project, ‘A 
Social and Cultural History of the British Press in World War II’, 
funded by the Leverhulme Trust, and managed by Dr Sian Nicholas 
(Department of History and Welsh History) and Professor Tom O’Malley 
(Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies). The successful 
candidate will make a significant contribution to the project through 
data collection and analysis and will co-edit the principal project
